The authentic breadstick from Turin is fine, golden and crispy. We have added a hint of fruity, nutty parmesan cheese and a handful of poppy seeds to this version of the classic snack. Traditionally these thin breadsticks were from Turin but now they are common in restaurants all over Italy, where the locals snack on them while they wait for their antipasti to arrive.
