This is a very cool little dumpling maker. It's pretty and shiny, made of nice stainless steel. It feels well-made and strong and sturdy. Love that the back side cuts the perfect size circle for use with the front side for adding filling and pressing together. The handles are very secure and it works wonderfully. Going to be trying all sorts of fun foods with this. Very happy with this purchase.

Very thin. Not a solid feel. Seems to be of ok quality. Hope that it holds up.

Got this for making dumplings, easy to use. I think it's better for empanadas or something a little thicker but it does work for dumplings. It's pretty lightweight but forms a decent crimp. The dumpling wrappers I used were sightly too small so I had to roll them out a tiny bit, next time will get slightly larger ones and it should work great.

During our Covid-19 lockdown we, like many others, have taken the time to expand some of our culinary skills. With much anticipation we received our dumpling maker just yesterday and were so excited to use it. My son and I had fun using it for - 4 dumplings - until it broke. That's it. I would not say getting four dumplings out of this is worth the money. Not even 4 meals. 4 dumplings. As you can see from the picture, the little hinge piece was very shoddily connected and popped right off. I'm not a muscle man and was not squeezing the bejeezus out of it either.

Works great and was fun to make my own potstickers but unfortunately one of the handles broke off the first time I used it.

Just what I expected, just lighter than I thought it would be.

Good quality, I can tell this material is 304 stainless steel!This is what I expected long times ago, and it’s easy to make dumplings. You can use the bottom sharp to cut a circle with the doh then make it. No need to buy another mold.
