I was a real sceptic when a workmate suggested glucosamine for my uncomfortable hips (especially after too much walking or a run). I'm normally a mainstream medicine only kind of person. Now I'm the one doing the recommending to any of my friends complaining of joint pain. I'm absolutely sold. I was very definitely getting mild to moderate aches in my hips, but after about 2 months taking these I've never had that since. Have been taking for about 2 years now and still going well. Have been taking this particular brand for about 18 months with no problems. Have also helped my elderly mum and my brother's knees! I'm sure these have saved me a lot of money on hip replacement surgery (for now at least)
