The media could not be loaded.  The photos were mindblowing. They illustrated in great detail the process of human development in the womb. I Used this book to learn about a baby's development. I highly recommend this book.

This edition has inserted more useless pictures than the original. The original was to the point. This edition contains more pictures of models acting like mothers and not enough/less pictures of the babie which is what made the original version much more iconic.

The detailed photos and information is wonderful, especially for first time parents!

I first had this book in 1979 for my first pregnancy and was thrilled I could buy it for our daughter and her husband to have for their first pregnancy too
