Effective and non-toxic
I have used this for years. Spray the grass in the sidewalk and quickly turns brown. I reapply 3-4 weeks later.

Works great but no longer shipping to California. WHY?
I've been using this for several years and it works very well at controlling weeds. I order about 8 of the large containers every year. But, this year Amazon says it cannot ship to may address. I tried one address in Central California (a business) and my home in Southern California. Seems it can no longer be shipped to California. Is this an EPA registration issue??? Seller, please respond. Others have asked the same question.

You Can’t Kill Nature with Nature
I’ve been using this stuff since I bought my home last summer. I have ducks and chickens that I don’t want to poison with standard weed killer, and I also don’t like all the toxicity of commercial chemicals and how they leak into our waterways. Since I have a couple streams on my property, and my house is on a hill, I didn’t want the chemical to make its way to my streams and kill some of the smaller wildlife I’ve got in them. I’m no tree-hugging dirt-worshiper, but I’m also not stupid enough to think that pollution isn’t real. So I was kind of forced to look for a natural alternative, and after a little research, I landed on this brand.I’ve gone through SEVERAL gallons of this stuff. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars (over time) and spent hours applying it. So I think it’s fair to say this review carries some weight.DOES IT WORK?Under the right circumstances, yes. What are the right circumstances?1) Spray during a bright, sunny, hot, and mostly breezeless day—weeds take maximum damage if the sun burns the solution into their stems and leaves2) Do not spray if weeds are damp from rain or dew—the solution will just run off the weeds if they are wet3) Use the included spray nozzles with the gallon jugs. When adjusted properly, they squirt out much more volume than many backpack sprayers, which is necessary to deliver as much of the solution to the offending plants as possible to be effective4) Apply often—never let the weeds get too tall or too plentiful, otherwise you will be fighting a losing battle for the rest of the growing season that can only be remedied by commercial, toxic weed killer or by long hours or weeding by hand5) Apply only to small areas—cramped urban or suburban housing lots where you can reach out of your window and into your neighbors window are ideal for this weed killer because you don’t have many areas to apply it. But if you have a rural property with much more surface area to spray, well….Sounds like stringent requirements, right? That’s because they are. If you don’t abide by these requirements, this stuff will be virtually useless to you. Although this stuff is nature-friendly and won’t kill your frogs, fish, or fowl when it reaches the stream, it’s very environmental friendliness is, in my opinion, the reason for its inefficacy. Nature can’t be killed with nature as effectively as it can with anti nature (synthetics)—especially when you’re dealing with organisms as strong, as resilient, and as unrelenting as weeds. Sadly, for those of us who don’t want to poison the soil, but still want to eliminate weeds, this makes the battle a perpetually fruitless one.Can you MAKE this stuff effective by following all these requirements perfectly and purchasing gallons and gallons of it to make sure the weeds get soaked and scorched with it? Sure. I’ve done that before. But even so, it doesn’t always work as effectively as it could or should. Plus, this stuff is UNBELIEVABLY expensive for your ordinary household. So even if you manage to get it working like a charm, you will be broke in no time and end up right back where you started.Maybe someday someone will make an affordable, effective, natural weed killer. But unfortunately, this stuff isn’t the solution we’re all looking for.

This stuff actually works!
Glad to find a safe alternative to Roundup et al for our yard where our kiddo and dog play. Applied kinda heavy because I assumed like most other natural weed killer it doesn't work that great. But to my surprise, I totally over applied and it killed even a small patch of grass around the weeds. A couple weeks later no growth yet. We shall see and I will update the review. Knocked one star off for the price. Kinda feel like weed killer companies are raking us consumers over the coals, for not much more than strong vinegar, citric acid, salt, etc in a jug.

It works great
I have been using for years. Only problem i have now is I went to order it and it can’t be delivered to my address. Why? It works great. Killed the weeds within 3 hours.

Does not kill
All weeds except the Bermuda turned brown. It was like fertilizer for the Bermuda. One week later, all the weeds had returned to green and growing. Simply does not work. I would gladly use an alternative to glyphosate if something worked nearly as well.

Better than poison
I have been using this product for years.I had a small yard with hard to kill goat head weed. Not to mention other weeds.I have 5 dogs and one eats everything. The clover in it keeps her away. They just don’t like the smell.Over time, the weeds do not grow back. Every year it was less and less.Btw- live in Co.We just moved out on 2 acres.I have many yards. The yards where my dogs do not go was sprayed heavily with regular harmful weed and grass killer.A few brown leaves on the weeds- that’s it.The sprayer that came with another gallon was not working, so I put it in the 2 gallon backpack sprayer.Completely cleaned with bleach and rinsed the month before.Grant it, it sprays a bit heavier than the one it comes with, but I sprayed this morning at 9 am. I just went out there at 4 pm and everything is dead. The previous sprayer that came with the gallon does take more than one application, but was worth it because of my pups.If you want it killed with one application, try it in a battery operated sprayer, you will not be disappointed!!!Worth every penny!!!!

works as advertised
I yearly apply this to my patio to kill weeds that grow between my bricks. Apply it on a hot, dry day, and it will take care of your grass and weed problem.
