Most people wanting organic honey in bulk already know this, but it keeps basically forever. So bulk honey is a good option. Bear in mind that it's not like the refined honey that you buy from the store. It's thicker and grainier in texture, but I prefer the flavor over refined honey and the texture doesn't bother me.

First the container the honey was shipped in was built to keep bears out or something. I had to take a literal axe to open this thing up after trying various tools for 10 minutes. I would have taken 2 stars away just for that.Then, when I finally got the delicious nectar..... it's only half full. No, I did not weigh it as who has a food scale, it's 2023, but it was no where near the top. I would guess it was only 6 lbs.the taste is fine, it was not crystallized even a little bit. If I could give this a zero star I would. not ordering this again for my mead making.

Excellant quality Honey and its Kosher Cert. for the price. lower quality Honey found at walmart or Heb literally costs the same now per pound and do not have the purity of certifying that your receiving Honey as natural and pure as possible. This honey is very medicinal, an excellent sweetener or spread. Best of all its delivered to you so no hastle of driving or waiting in lines. Have a Bee-autiful day!

The Honey taste pretty good, but it's a little bitter. I like the taste of another Raw Organic Honey that I usually purchase here on Amazon & it's called "Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey - 22 oz" to me it's taste better then this big pale or honey & it's the off white thick kind of honey, much better then this big pale of honey. To me this honey seemed like you had to use more to sweeten teas & other drinks. It was a lot of honey, but I went thru it faster then my usually 2 bottles of 22oz of "Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey" because this "Kevala Organic Raw Oaxaca Honey" just did not sweeten my teas/drinks good enough, so I found my self having to use more then I usually did. So for me this was a one time buy & I will not be purchasing this again. It's not bad honey, it's good honey, but just not the kind of honey that I was looking for.

I was brewing my lemon tea in the morning when I was telling my nephew that I was ordering on Amazon "Next day delivery" included in my Membership. I heard someone knocking at the door and I told my nephew to open. He said:"It was your imagination!". I found out my Package on the floor. AMAZING! It was only 10:30 a.m.! The Honey was crystalized which I love because it is easier to spread on sandwiches and dissolve on teas. Most pure raw or unheated honey has a natural tendency to crystallize over time. The flavor is intense, fragant and delicious! I heard Mexico has one of the best honeys in the world because of the Old Fashion Process. It is USDA Organic Certified, Price is Right and Delivery is Awesome!

This is the Worst honey I have ever bought. It was completely rock hard, crystallized. Taste extremely bitter. Picture is of me trying to temper it but it's useless.

While waiting for WTSHTF, I decided that buying my favorite sweetener in little 1 pound bears took up a lot of shelf space. Now I am consuming those cute little bears, I had stored earlier, as everyday food. The Kevala Organic Raw Oaxaca Honey in a sealed 10lb pail that is replacing my little bears occupies less than half the shelf space, and it will be sitting there for the rest of my life, unused, if the world decides not to go crazy. Honey is not just a healthy food, but it is also very good for preventing and curing open wound infections. Just use it as you would any triple-antibiotic ointment.I haven't tasted this honey yet, but it sounds delicious. When my bears are gone I will get another tub and start eating the first tub.

I ordered this product because my original honey vendor was on back order. When I received this product, the honey was only a little more than half way full and completely crystalized. I wouldn't mind that if I wasn't using the honey for infusions. It's nearly impossible to infuse honey like that unless you hear it, which I do not want to do because it cause the honey to lose its properties. The taste is pleasant and the product was well sealed, however, I lost money on this product since I wasn't able to use it as intended in my business.
