I didn't buy these for the purpose they are usually used for. I had read an article that suggested using baby blankets/burp rags to make face masks. I thought the pattern on these would be perfect for my daughter who works at a retail store and must wear a mask for 8 hours a day. When I got them, I noticed they were far to loosely weaved to be effective. I doubled one over, held it against my nose and mouth and could still breathe quite easily through them even quadrupled. I have some interfacing, so I thought I could still use them as the outside cover of a mask with appropriate material hidden inside. First thing I did was wash them (with my bamboo sheets that don't shed) as soon as I took them out of the washing machine I noticed they were completely faded and looked like they had been used for at least 10 years. I don't know what kind of dye is used, but if I was using this for a baby, I wouldn't want them sucking the dye out of these, second they had a bunch of loose threads I'm guessing it's due to the very poor quality of the flannel. This is a safety issue if you are using it for a baby. Now they are ugly and unusable. I wish I had known this before I washed them, I would have returned them. I guess I'll be using them as rags around the house till I end up throwing them in the trash.

These blankets were not at all worth the 10 dollar asking price. The material, while "soft", is way to thin. The edges of the blanket are not sewn in a uniform manner. The thread was coming off on every blanket in multiple locations creating a safety hazard for little babies. The blankets were not cut in an even manner. There were no straight cuts resulting in a blanket that really looked like something your 6 year old would make in a 1 hour art project.I decided to spend 3 dollars more and get a package of blankets from Carter's. They are way larger, way thicker, and sewn correctly and cut straight.

The designs are cute on the brand new product, but they fade quickly and become blurred because the flannel pills. The blankets aren't cut straight so they don't fold well, and the stitching around the edges is too weak to support the blankets. The edges crinkle up into a bunch of small folds, which makes it impossible to keep the blankets flat or to control where spit up goes because it gets on both sides of the blanket. No one has time to iron things like this! The thread bunches up and hangs in long strings, breaks, and hangs more. It's very disappointing and is happening on both packages that I ordered from this company. This doesn't happen with receiving blankets from other brands. I will not buy again.

These blankets have cute patterns but terrible quality. When I first opened the package I noticed numerous loose strings on each blanket which have only got worse after each wash. The blankets are not cut straight along the sides nor are the edges sewn well so they look very cheap. The material is also very thin and does not hold up well. After three washes, on delicate, one blanket already has a hole in it and all of the blankets have significant pilling. Spend a few extra dollars and get better quality and larger size receiving blankets from more reputable brands.

I received these blankets recently and think they are great! I love the patterns and they look the same in person as in the image shown here. They are flannel but thin, which is what I was looking for given that I have other heavier blankets and swaddlers. These are about the same thickness as other receiving blankets I've seen and used. I agree with previous reviews that these are not necessarily very high quality. However, I feel the need to point out that you are getting 4 blankets for $10. At that price point I was not expecting luxury. I think my expectations for these blankets were reasonable and I was not disappointed! They're as adorable as they look!

Purchased to use the hive blanket as the background for my pregnancy announcement. I was really surprised at just how thin these were. I expected them to be thin based on reviews by others, but these were much thinner than expected. Additionally, there were random areas on the blanket where the material was thicker; almost like the material got balled-up in the manufacturing process. Could also be a defect, but looks very strange. Since I'm having a January baby, these will be a bit too light to use in the winter when I intended to use them. Will most likely use for a light stroller blanket or as a quick cover for changing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

We babysit our nephew and I was looking for light weight blankets for his naps this spring and summer. First of all, I should have looked at the dimensions. The blankets are VERY small. They might fit a newborn for about a month, tops. Secondly, they fall apart. I decided to keep them and give them to my niece for playing with her dolls (and I still will), but I washed them first and the stitching on the edges of all 4 blankets has unraveled in several places. I am 100% disappointed.

These were perfect except for the red buffalo check one and I even bought two sets. The red buffalo one didn't wash well. I was super disappointed with it. The moose and the tree ones are my favorite ones we bought all around. They are soooooo soft

These are the perfect size and material for receving blankets! Not to mention the prints are ADORABLE!! We love this and use them daily! They have held up to several washes, as our baby is a spitter! The colours have stayed vibrant and they have washed well (no unravelling edges etc.) Definitely recommend these as they are also a great price!!

Con estas envolvía a mi bebé y son comidas y muy suaves! Las recomiendo para recién nacidos por el tamaño, ya después quedan muy pequeñas! En general las volvería a comprar y las recomiendo mucho además de que los diseños son muy lindos

I bought these blankets when my daughter was a newborn and I love them! The patterns are super cute, but most of all they are large enough to swaddle which is really what I needed. I have now washed them dozens of times and they still look great.

Deliciosas, la tela es super rica, es franela, para los bebes es excelente recomiendo mucho!
