Always ready
This is only for the first Rock Band Guitar and it does work. Remove cover place this screw it charge it and play can't be simpler. It even includes the screwdriver brilliant.

Doesn't fit in guitar.
It does not fit in the the Rock Band guitar that I own. Should have been specified in description. Come on Amazon, you guys should know better.

Not for Rock Band 2
Does'nt work for Rock band 2; bought it and does not fit, just for an FYI....Rock on!

Don't judge too harshly.
After reading the reviews slamming this product I figured it was time for someone to give it a fair shake. Overall this battery pack is perfect for the ORIGINAL Rock Band guitar. As the other reviewers noticed it is not compatible with the 2nd version of the game. Overall it does what is advertised and keeps you rocking for hours after charging. One small annoyance that keeps it from getting 5 stars is the dimensions. The battery protrudes almost a half inch behind the guitar. While I don't mind it, some people may be opposed to it not fitting flush. Overall it is a great product if you own the original Guitar.

Rechargeable Battery
I wish the Amazon website would have clarified the difference between Rockband 1 & Rockband 2 Guitars. Do not buy this if you have Rockband 2 there is no area for the screw to go in, and it's a waste of money and time!

Attention Rock Band players.If your like me and you play rock band 24/7 or just a lot, then this accessory is a must-have.It simply plugs into the USB slot in your console or the rockband hub and charges your guitar when not being used and allows you to keep the guitar turned on without the battery ever going, how cool is that?I recommend this product for any rock band lover.P.S I have the fender stratocastor wireless guitar on the Wii and it works just fine.P.S.S The mini screwdriver (included with this) also helped when I purchased this as the screw on the guitar battery cover is REALLY tiny.

Save pounds on batteries
Excellent product. Saves pounds on batteries. Just screw it in the back of guitar and jobs done.
