What is the diameter of the ball. Is it larger than a tennis ball?

I’m not sure on the diameter but it’s bigger than a tennis ball, and a soft ball. It also has a softer plastic than I thought it would.

I got the ball. but no booklet came with it. i’d love to use it but i don’t know how. is there a book that comes with us?

To use the ball, you need to place the ball on the muscle you are trying to apply pressure and let your body weight sink into the ball. Try to relax over the ball for around 30-90 seconds and remember to breathe. Does the black version of this ball deflate as well?

How often should I use this ball?

You can use the ball every single day if you choose to do so. If you feel a little sore after using it, then consider taking a day or two off before using the ball again.
