It is not formula L biscuit mix.
I could no longer buy my regular biscuit mix at the grocery store so I looked on amazon. I put formula L biscuit mix in the search box and it bought up several mixes and this one seemed to be what I was looking for. It doesn't hold a candle to Southern Biscuit Mix, which is formula L Mix. It is OK. That's all I can say about it. If you want your biscuit to be 1/2 inch thick, roll out the dough 1/2 inch because it doesn't rise. Yes I can buy Southern Biscuit Mix from Amazon but I can make home made and won't be paying $1 per biscuit. It is ridiculously high priced compared to what I paid in the grocery story. If you can't make your own home made biscuits this is better than frozen, but that's about all I can say.
