Good stuff
Really good tea and a good price I made some of this tea and added some lemon powder I also got from amazon made this tea really good so nice that they made this tea at a good price...yall do a good job on growing this stuff and making it affordable price tastes pretty good also Trying to cut out soda out of my diet...I'm trying to stay away from the fake sugar's in soda and use real sugar instead...Yes yes I do enjoy soda but I don't like corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup... They totally need to take that out of everything... Making your own stuff to drink also allows you to use Real sugar instead of fake chemical sweeteners... Unless you like them but that's totally your choice if you do or you do not but I don't... This is my own personal thoughts on it :) but this stuff is definitely a 5 star

Well look no further this White Tea (Organic) is a great light hearted but bold tea
Have you ever tried Black Tea and thought darn why do people bother drinking tea? Have you ever wanted to taste something smooth and light yet flavorful similiar to Green Tea you may have tried at your grocery store? Well look no further this White Tea (Organic) is a great light hearted but bold tea. The flavor profile is somewhat complex but not heavy on your stomach/gut. Packed with natural antoxidants (polyphenols) and even vitamins from essential oils. The fact that you can brew a cup or two and drink before eating is great. I am a fan of Green Tea and I found out about "White Tea" and said I have to give it a chance. It's similiar to Green Tea's crisp and light refreshing effect. White Tea is less processed compared to Green Tea And Green Tea is less processed compared to Black Tea. Basically White Tea packs more healthy stuff yet having a great boldish flavor and aroma. Green Tea tends to have a vegetal flavor profile and some people maybe turned off by that. But White Tea has a nice unique aroma and flavor. It's almost hard to describe I'd say it's more close to "Earthy" / "Sweet" / "Fruity" etc. Like it's not just one thing it's a unique blend made from White Penoy leftovers. The batch I received of this Organic Tea matches up the flavor profile/aroma and even the color brewed it's "Shou Mei Tea" (a white tea). It's close to being inbetween White and Green tea but it's most definitely not green tea or black tea. I'd consider it White Tea. It has a unique flavor profile yet it's easy on your stomach. There is no "vegetal" taste like Green Tea. And it's not has heavy as Black Tea. I would buy another packet again when I run out/low. Give it a try. Also this bundle is a deal compared to other Shou Mei White Tea packs. Here is a brief description of Shou Mei: Shou mei, often translated longevity eyebrows, and sometimes spelled sow mee, is a type of Chinese white tea. Shou mei tends to be made out of larger, more mature leaves, and contains relatively fewer tips or leaf buds, although the portion of tips can vary considerably within this style. Although it is usually classified as a white tea, the brewed tea tends to be darker in color than most white teas, reflecting an increased level of oxidation. Shou mei is usually described as richer and bolder in comparison to other white teas. The flavor and aroma is sometimes described as more similar to that of oolong tea than other white teas. Shoumei is a white tea that is produced from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, with a stronger flavor reminiscent of lighter oolong teas. It is mostly grown in the Fujian Province or Guangxi Province in China. Because it is plucked later than Bai Mudan (White Penoy), the tea may be darker in color, but it should still have a proportionate green color. Some lower grades of Shou Mei may be golden in color with a lot of black and red leaves, making a darker brew with more depth.

Light and Smooth Tea
I decided to try white tea for its multitude of health benefits, which are superior to darker teas, and most specifically for its light color, which I hope will help prevent future staining of my teeth. After researching all of my options, I chose Uncle Lee’s based upon the attractive savings in price for a 4-pack and the great reviews. After brewing my first cup, I can say that it is indeed a very tasty alternative to green and black teas. It’s lighter in color than the other teas, which will reduce the potential for staining my teeth, and it has a lovely light, smooth flavor that I now prefer over green and black teas. I’m a new fan of this product.

Medium "so so" grade white tea - good for iced tea preparation
I bought this tea because I love white tea. Normally I buy loose tea, and of the highest grade. I knew this tea would likely lose some character if it was sold in tea bags. Also, the tea contained in these bags is not the highest grade, but of the second grade. This is NOT a knock against the tea as clearly indicates the tea is Bai Mu Dan or Pai Mu Dan which is one level below Silver Needle. I noticed this tea is quite a bit below the grade of Silver Needle. No taste of freshly mown hay here. However, the tea does smell a little smoky (probably cured over a wood fire). The taste is slightly woody or darker, but somewhat undefined. This tea is okay though, better than some cheaper green teas I've gotten from discount stores. I think the best purpose for this tea is iced tea. Fill a small jug full of water, hang a few bags of white tea in it, then put it in the fridge. After a few hours you can take out the bags and you'll have a nice base of white iced tea. Then just add a few cubes, or any other flavouring, and you've got a nice white iced tea that is better than the stuff you can buy already made up in the bottle. For the price, however, it's a lot of medium "so so" grade white tea conveniently put into bags which you can drink at work or in the morning. However, as I have previously said, I think this tea is destined towards ice tea preparation. If you want a really good cup of white tea, your probably going to have to buy loose tea and pay a lot more $$$'s. So I gave this tea four stars.

Organic Low Caffeine White Tea
I drink hot tea everyday and I started using Uncle Lee's organic white tea as an additive with my black tea during the day. I like that it is organic and low caffeine and it has a fresh taste!

Great deal for great health!
I am a newcomer to white tea. I read that it is a fat blocker and decided to try it. It is very smooth, I drink it without any sugar of any type, natural or otherwise and it is very palatable and calorie free. It has not been the only change to my diet in the past 6 weeks but I have lost 20 lbs and I feel like this tea has helped me in my venture. You are suppose to drink an 8 oz cup of this tea with each meal or at least 3 times a day if you eat more than 3 meals a day. The price is very right here for a bulk amount of this tea. I would not be able to afford this tea if I had attempted to buy it locally and this deal made it affordable for me. Grand total you get 400 teabags, which will last one person quite some time., 133 days to be exact if you never miss a cup. Many places you cannot even find this on the shelf. This stuff is like that because it is the buds, (flowering part) of the plant it grows on in china. It is minimally processed, only laid out in the sun to dry and then packaged. The rest of the plant makes tea as well, but the next expensive tea it makes is green tea. (with more processing) The last type of tea derived from the same plant is traditional black tea. (takes the most amount of processing and is the lowest in being beneficial as well as the most common. The white tea has a very low caffeine level. The green tea has more and the black tea has the most. Southern USA tea is mainly black tea. If you are looking out for your health, I suggest the white tea with meals, and green tea when you just want something besides water at times that you are not eating and maybe a little caffeine kick.

Good White Tea
I'm very happy with the tea. I notice the price moves around a lot with this tea brand. Just an FYI. The only other brand of White Tea I like equally is Prince of Peace White Tea, but it is more expensive and harder to find. This brand is as good and cheaper most of the time. Most people make White Tea incorrectly and complain of bitterness. DO NOT pour boiling water over these, or put a tea bag into just boiled water like black tea. That can make the tea bitter. The proper way to make White Tea is to heat the water to 170-180 degrees F, and put in the tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. But... there is another, easy way: If you have an 1100 watt microwave, which is the most common now, put exactly 1 cup of water in a glass container like a mason jar, put in the tea bag, put in the microwave & run for 2 minutes exactly on 100%, and let sit for 3 more minutes when done, remove the tea bag, and you have the perfect cup of white tea.
