In a head-to-head comparison with more expensive mics, the Boya was superior. Because of limited availability, I had to order to two mic, rather than the single mic, system. Given that this was what I had to order, I figured that I could take advantage of the two mics by using them as separate channels. Unfortunately, the two mics are not separately encoded in the iPhone lightning adapter: they produce only monophonic sound. For this reason, I gave a four star, rather than a five star review.A small note: The included carrying bag isn't large enough for the two mics and cable. I'm also a little leery of the Y-junction that splits the two mics. It is difficult to avoid putting stress on the cables there, and may reduce the life span.

They have worked very well. We used the for streaming Sunday service using an iPhone and a Mike in the lectern and the pulpit. The streaming service is actually better than the in person service. Not studio quality obviously it are excellent for our needs.

This was a great buy! I’ve recently started my YouTube channel, and this product provides great value for the cost. My sound is clear in videos. I love the update in this model because it can easily be plugged into later model IPhones without the extra additives.
