Got a 2-pack of SFP+ to fiber adapters so I could run a direct line up to a switch in my office from the basement where all the networking gear is. First of all, they did NOT have to go this hard on the packaging. The adapters come in a tin with custom artwork of an anime dude in a lab coat wielding a giant version of the connector that looks awesome. The printing is well made and the info on the package is clear. I actually wanna keep this tin for something now! The devices themselves work as advertised. They seem reliable, well made, and easy to use. No complaints about speed or fit. They just work. No compatibility issues connecting between a UniFi cloud gateway and an off-brand switch. All around worth it. 10Gtek is really making a name for themselves in this space with effort like this and I truly appreciate it.

Works as advertised. No issues, plug and play on the Unifi USW AGGREGATION 10G switch. The other end is a UGREEN 6 port ethernet switch. It also works fine on a UNRAID server with a 10Gtek PCI-E BIC Network Card. No complaints and speed tests are meeting expectations.

Works great with ubiquiti switch. On Unifi devices devices, it defaults to 10gbe and wont connect if the other side is not capable with that speed. In the unifi console, 1, 2.5, and 10gbe show up as options, and 2.5 is working fine to connect to a ubiquiti 2.5g switch through a qsfptek 10gbe media converter.

Works great with both UniFi and Zyxel gear. I used these to connect a UniFi UGC Fiber to a Zyxel XGS1250-12 over a 30m OM4 fiber run. Both transceivers were recognized immediately, link negotiated 10Gb with no fuss. Good value compared to vendor-specific modules.

Used to connect a Ubiquiti Pro Max 16 switch along a 80 foot fiber run to a Ubiquiti Pro XG 8 port switch and it's run solid without generating too much heat, no signal loss, and maximum speeds. 45C at the 16 and 54C at the 8 port. Overall happy with it, but also not testing it to the full 300 meters. For my home network use, I've been happy with it. And might buy some more when I expand out the network.

These worked exactly as expected. As others have noted, they do run hot, but in an open area the heat dissipates without any real problems. My home network now operates with the bandwidth that was my goal.

These worked right away, I am happy with the price, the quality and the compatibility on my Unifi switches. I didn't have to really do anything other than plug them in and run the fiber optic cable. The LC connections were stable and it firmly connected. Hard to beat the price, its definitely less expensive than buying them from the manufacturer. They fit perfectly and the temp monitoring seems to be great.

bought 2 pcs for my zyxel xs1930 sfp+ uplink and working well. will monitor how well the quality is. ordering more for other sfp+ interfaces
