These are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Way better than powders and fizzy tablets. I take them after running, backpacking, and at night after alcohol to avoid a hangover and works better than anything I’ve found. No taste/smell, strong and easy to swallow.

I like to use these instead of the liquid IVs and other powdered products to avoid harsh chemicals I don’t need and to get straight electrolytes. I will use these sometimes before a night out and have noticed how amazingly effective they are. They are easy to use and keep me well hydrated.

Unless you like the taste of the other LMNT and Liquid IV powders, go w these. More cost effective, less fake (or real sugar) and good amount if electrolytes in close to ideal ratio.

Item arrived on time. I'm comparing this to another product. So far other product seems to be more helpful. I'll check back in a month.
