Husband is diabetic and on a weight loss journey right now. Today is his birthday and I wanted him to have a box of acceptable snacks. He was thrilled to receive it and is busy keeping the wrappers of the ones he would like to reorder. Win/win! The box is sturdy and worthy of gift wrapping if you're interested. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Food tastes are highly subjective. The foods you hate might be the foods other people love, keep that in mind when reading this or any food review. First off, the portions of these snacks were pretty small for the price. Most of these packs should be labeled "sample size". I wouldn't mind the size of these snacks if most of them tasted good but they didn't. The worst of the bunch were the cheese snacks (all of them). I'd describe them as really crunchy bits of sour milk and salt. The beefs sticks were okay but definitely not something I'd buy again (too pricey, too bland). All the nuts, seeds and nut butters were great but you know what you're getting there. The gummies were pretty good considering they were ketogenic. MISSING ITEMS (3): DipIn Classic Hummus. Nora Seaweed Snacks. Nuttzo Squeeze Pack. These boxes are a gamble but that's part of their appeal. In this instance, I lost. I can't in good conscience recommend this box to anyone.

I really like this gift but had to knock down a star for two expired snacks :/

Not a fan of the pumpkin seeds. They can go. Aside from that I love everything else. I’m salty, the seeds made me horribly sick the next day it was awful. But on a positive note my favorite thing was the asparagus. It’s so good.

This was a gift to my husband who has been struggling with snacks and lack of variety. Thought he would benefit from variety and then find a few items/brands to buy later. Great way to try a variety of low carb snacks from different companies.

Got this for my father for his bithday. He loved it.

very small and not worth what i paid. never buying again and was tempted to send back but not worth me wasting my time. i usually am satisfied with all that i buy online but by far this is the worst pricing ive ever seen for how small the box is in comparision to my small hand no less... To all viewing my review you will be as disappointed as i was if u decide to buy this over priced box.

This box came with EXPIRED items. It arrived today April 9 and the expired items are March 4 best before. No way to exchange either. Avoid!

Thanks to clever marketing, I thought I was getting a HUGE box for the $100 price tag, guess they had the last laugh. The products themselves are pretty good (even if they look like sample sizes of the real item) however, no way in HELL is the cost worth it.

Mine didn't come with the keto gummies like the picture but thats ok there was plenty of choices and as a newbie to the keto lifestyle I learned about new food items through this box
