Used this for flocking the inside of a Kiev 60. These cameras are notorious for having glossy paint that reflect light and cause glare in your photos, this stuff worked excellent and has completely gotten rid of the glare issue. Was sticky and has stayed in place but could also be peeled up easily enough to get it stuck down in just the right place. The only downside is that it leaves little hairs on the mirror when it moves, not a huge issue and I am hoping over time it will subside but as is I just ocasionally have to use a blower to remove them. Have also used it to replace the light seal foam on the door of a Pentax ME Super but haven't gotten to test how well it worked yet, but it was easy to cut and apply. Overall makes much more sense to buy these and cut them down to size than ordering a flocking kit from a company like Hartblei or Arax and waiting for it to ship from the Ukraine.

Blacker than black! They almost appear to suck out any light in the area and create a black hole! Used a couple of these to line the part of the inside of my Dobsonian reflector telescope. Just takes a little planning and patience. But simple enough to use. Easy to cut these with scissors. Very flexible. Recommended if you need an ultra black, non-reflective surface on something. Just be advised that they will show any kind of lint/etc.

I used to line the inside of a jewelry box. It did a great job. So far so good. It’s holding well. On top was my concern since it had to hold the mirror.

These worked out so well, very pleased. Super easy to cut and adhesive back was a huge plus. We purchased cheap picture & mirror frames from the $1 store, painted all one antiqued color, cut to shape these black felt sheets to put on top of the glass or mirror portion of the frames, ordered real bugs, butterfly’s, & bone specimens along with specimen tweezers from Amazon & glued them on the frames with Loctite glue. These felt sheets really brought the project all together. Would definitely purchase again for other projects. Highly recommend.

This stuff is amazing. It feels so luxurious but is so easy to use. I used it to line the bottom of several decorative items that I wanted to sit on my side tables so they wouldn’t scratch the furniture. It worked great!!! So thin yet soft and strong.

I bought this velvet to line the interior of an old jewelry box I was refinishing. It was exactly what I wanted. Good quality and has the sticky back to make the project easier. It worked out great! Would buy again.
