Best alphabet book around
This is the favorite book of my 5 and 3 year old girls. We have a lot of alphabet books (more than 15) and this is the one that keeps their attention and has helped thin identify and correlate the alphabet sounds to words the best. We read it every night. They love the colors and shape of each page. They especially love turning the pages likely because it is cut to the shape of the letter. I started reading this to my oldest at age 2 and by age 3 she knew all her letters, sounds and could read simple words. My husband and I attribute it to reading this book every night. It also makes a great gift. We now own all the block books and kids just love them

Great letters book that still keeps the kids attention.
We had to wait a little bit to get this book. Once we did we were very pleased. It is a board book with cut out letters. It's the first board book I have ever seen like this. The best thing about it was my four year old who knows his letters was able to read about 95% of the book without help to our one year old. He was so proud of himself and the unique nature of this book has kept attention for months now. Our youngest who is now two will bring it to his brother to get him to read it. The whole family really enjoys this bright and easy to read book. If you are gifting this book you should know it is very thick because of amount of content.****this book is a 'board book" but the actual pages are not baby proof. It is a thicker type of page but not traditional "baby board book"

Best Toddler Alphabet Book I've Seen - and I taught Kindergarten
I ordered this for my toddler for Christmas. It arrived today. I LOVE this book. The illustrations are fabulous! It is very thick to accommodate the entire alphabet. The center pages can't open quite as wide because of that. It seems very sturdy. Each page has two facing pages with a center letter cut out page that flips between the two. This makes the illustrations especially interesting. I really enjoyed x for x ray. On the left page is a hand, on the right page is an x ray of the same hand. When you turn the letter x between the two pages, the back side of the x has the x ray version of the hand and it lines up perfectly with the normal picture of the hand so you see a bit of both. Very cool. This is the most clever alphabet book I've ever seen for toddlers. (And I've seen a lot. I taught Kindergarten.)Update - My 21 month old loves this book. When he opened it Christmas morning, he looked at the book by himself, turning every single page one at a time. A new favorite.

OBSESSED!!! Beautiful ABC book and great educational tool.
The media could not be loaded. I got this book for my 16 month old for Christmas and I love it so far! It is so much fun to read and my daughter has already picked up on a few new words. She knows to say yacht now despite at first saying boat. What I love so far:- A beautifully made book,- The letters are as big as the page- When you turn the page after a letter the back almost always lays perfectly over the art on the previous page- Some words you don’t usually see in an ABC book like Pencil, Juggler, Yacht, and Underwear. I mean the point is to grow your child’s vocabulary right?!I will say the book is smaller than I expected but this is not really a drawback. In fact I think it is perfect for little hands.

Exemplary alphabet book for the young
Each page of this board book is die cut and harmonizes very well with the illustrations on the page. This is a nice feature because then children can touch each letter and trace it with their finger. The words chosen to illustrate the letter are words that will be familiar to the child, but not necessarily the "traditional" choice. For example, "P" is usually for pig, but in this case it is for pencil. It is designed for young children, but I think preschoolers would enjoy it as well. It is sturdy, thick and feels well made. It is definitely one of my favorite board books to come out last year.

This is a really nice A to Z book for toddlers
This is a really nice A to Z book for toddlers. Each page is dedicated to a letter. Between those pages is a cut out of that letter which "hides" the scene that the letter represents. You can peak through the letter to predict what the letter stands for. For example, the letter C, you can see through the cut out of the C, that there are cookies. Or for Elephant, you can see part of the animal through the E. Every page is rich with color. Even some of the dark pages like M for Moon or V for Violin, those pages while the colors are dark, they are rich and very enjoyable to look at. As of late, I have been using it to reinforce my daily "lessons" on the alphabet. (I don't home school, but I do weekly activities with a letter of the week to reinforce what he may or may not be getting from preschool. He thinks he's just playing or mommy is reading a story.)My only issue is that some of the pages are little too advanced/abstract for 2 and 3 year olds to whom this book is geared towards. For example, J is for Juggle or Y is for Yacht. When J could have been for jump or jam or something else a 2 year old is likely to understand. Y is for Yacht! Every time my son says Y is for Boat! I do believe in challenging children, but the basics are fundamental especially when it comes to 2 year olds.Otherwise, this is a great book. I am looking forward to purchasing more from this author.

Great car book
These books are the best car books. Our car looks like a library because of all of these books. They are small and easy to turn pages for our boys in car seats. They read them everyday.
