Very nice oven , cooks evenly as professional ovens

I had faced tough time with the brand KAFF and this product.1) the product comes with "1 year warranty". But the warranty is only provided when you make a payment to the technician. In simple words you have to shell out money for getting your technical issues fixed.2) the product has lot of glitches. And its been 3 days since i purchased and 2 days since i registered a complaint. When the technician called he is asking visit charges of Rs 500!!! His tone unprofessional. The service eitherways not provided. When you call Kaff customer care, they register another complaint, and its been two weeks i haven't heard from anyone!!3) if you contact the customer care, they have an appalling attitude towards handling the issue. Keeping the phone on hold and disconnecting it.4) when i called up amazon for help they assigned a "microwave " technician!!!.. and he had no idea of the functioning of this oven.5) so now i am stuck with this product facing all technical difficulties. Noone to help despite the company claiming they give "1 year warranty ".6) My advice is to do a proper survey of the apathy faced by customers who have purchased KAFF products.And if you really want to bet your hard earned money please go for it.

Very good product...

Amazon has a team that thinks built-in-oven is "plug and play". The oven does not even come with a plug. It just has a cable that has to be hardwired and the oven chasis needs to be screwed into the cabinet. How is that coinsidered "plug and play"? Whichever product team in Amazon India is responsible for not providing installation for this product is just plain crazy.Tried calling customer service and spoke with several manager's manager for 2+ hours only to be asked to contact Brand. This is not the kind of customer service one expects from amazon.

I got this oven on the 29th of Jan - and apparently it's defective- which they told me after the return windows closed. Havee been following up for the repair work since and if they do bother to answer then they promise to call.me back in 24 hours - which they haven't done even once. Buy if you like horror stories!!!!!!!

The door for the unit I have received is not working from day one of installation (installation is done after 15 days of purchase and it is out of return window), raised multiple Complaints with the brand and there is no solution and it is lying useless in my kitchen. Worst customer service.
