Tasty, great for car snacks.
I'm very happy with Louisville Vegan Jerky based on these three flavors. The texture was nice, the flavors were good, and they're an excellent protein snack for the car, since the bags are re-sealable. Not terribly generous portions or comfortable price, but it's a solid product and I'm sure the production costs pretty well justify the price-per.I've always been plagued with headaches, and missing lunch is a major trigger (possibly a bit hypoglycemic). Unfortunately, it's not uncommon that work or recreation causes me to pass the time threshold to ward off a headache. I need easy snacks that can be left in the car so I don't forget them at home. Nuts and dried fruit aren't really enough, and while there are plenty of sweet non-perishable snacks to keep in the car (the dazzling plethora of granola and fruit bars), I don't want sweet things every time, especially when I really just need the protein.I'm also a lifelong vegetarian and more recent vegan, so I occasionally spend some time trying to research a meat-free, non-perishable, savory, protein-rich snack. In the last effort, I suddenly considered the idea of vegan jerky; I read a lot of reviews for all the options I could find before trying this sampler. These products do the trick. I only have to eat a few -- which is good because you don't get a bountiful supply -- and I avoid a brewing headache. The spice in them, which is marked but not at all overwhelming, probably also helps de-escalate the headache (spice widens blood vessels, I think, and headaches are all about constriction). The spice of the pepperoni ones even helped mitigate a strained throat I got from shouting at the tail end of a cold.All-in-all, quite happy I tried these.

Recommend and Yummy
I used to get these at Heine Bro’s Coffee and they stopped selling them. Now you can only get them at the Whole Foods store, which I’m lazy and couldn’t justify going across town just for a snack. Anyways, these are really good vegan jerkys. I’ve had the Smoked Black Pepper and the Buffalo Dill before so I knew I would like them but the Perfect Pepperoni was a new one that I also liked. It had a little more spice to it than I was expecting but still delicious. It kind of hurt my stomach a little with the the first one but honestly I think that’s because it was the first thing I ate that morning. I recommend this product (:

The best vegan jerky that i've tasted
The product is delicious, it truly is. I've had all the flavours now and every one of them has been enjoyable and I struggled to put the bag down without housing the contents. And there's the issue; The contents are only 3oz, and so finishing the bag is extremely easy and the price for such a small amount is high. While I really do like the product, I just can't bring myself to order it again due to the high price per small amount ratio.

I'm a former meat-eater and this is tastier than than the best meat jerky I ever had!
OMG! The flavor is amazing. Salty, yes--but I like that in this kind of a snack. The Sirachua Maple was especially good with its mix of spicy and sweet without too much of either, but I enjoyed all of them--salty, smokey, savory. I also really like the texture--not so very different from a soft (not leathery) meat jerky, and I liked that it held together with a chewy-enough texture but that I didn't have to tug on it or fight with it when chewing. :) I do have one criticism--the packaging. These are designed to easily tear off the top and then re-seal but I found that while tearing was easy it didn't tear quite low enough so I had to resort to scissors anyway. On the second bag, when I pulled the sides apart it ended up with the zip mechanism all on one side of the package, so it couldn't be sealed. The product itself is so good though that it didn't seem packaging problem was enough to drop it a full star--especially since right after trying all three flavors I ordered a 5 flavor pack so I can enjoy more of the same, plus 2 new flavors too. (Gonna give that special edition pineapple one a try too.)

Absolutely delicious, does not taste like soy
My sister bought these for me so I'm reviewing from her purchase. I've been a vegetarian for 16 years and I'm very picky. I saw soy protein listed and wasn't sure if I'd like these. They do NOT have a soy flavor like some items do. That was my fear as I hate veg products that taste strongly like soy. The texture of these is really nice too. It isn't soggy like some jerky, it doesn't fall apart like others. It has a nice tearing sound to it when you bite into it, like I vaguely remember real jerky having. There's more kick in the Sriracha flavor than the Chipotle, but neither are overly spicy. My non-veg niece and nephew loved these too! My nephew can't handle much spice at all and he was able to eat these without issue. Personal favorite was the smoked black pepper.
