These came in a timely manner. They are great quality and the extra sleeve around the stem is great! They do look slightly different than the original set so I am glad I replaced al of them. Inside the stem is a small metal ring that goes inside and around the male connector on the stove. I believe due to the sleeve on the stem it makes this a right fit. On two, this metal slide back causes it to not have a secure connection. I took this insert from the old knob and placed it inside the new knob and wala, it worked perfectly and now looks great. Thank you for this product and making my kitchen look good again.

These units have a metal "shroud" around the base that keeps the plastic from breaking when someone doesn't push down on the knob to turn. That is awesome! Im really surprised there is no recall on the OEM original knobs. They gonna cause someones house to blow up some day. But these are a great replacement. Please note that sometimes the metal clap from the old knobs stays on the valve stem when you remove the old one. Please make sure you pull those off before installing these or they will not go on all the way.

The base is SS but the tops are meltable plastic which is exactly the problem we are trying to solve. These at least fit nicely.

Just needed to replace one of my knobs that matched this one and it so happen that these knobs where much more durable and sturdy than my original knobs. Great product and worth the money!

So I bough these for may range. They fit perfectly. My cleaning lady keeps braking them when she removes to clean the stove. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the arrow now faces where it says high instead of off. But my stove was really expensive and I figured one knob facing the wrong way would be the the least of my worries. I did the research. These were supposed to be the exact same ones. They are heavy and really good quality. Almost like the org ones.

I bought these stainless steel knobs to replace the cheap aluminum and plastic original Whirlpool equipment. These are nice stainless steel with a support ring at the stem where the originals broke. Very well made, more durable, and better price. Whirlpool cut corners with there cheap knobs, it is a safety issue. When they break you can’t turn off burner. Had to remove the knob next to it to shut burner off. Please check if you have original cheap plastic knobs replace with these. Great product

I melted one of the knobs last week. The replacements came very quickly.The replacements actually feel like better quality than the ones that were on the stovetop. I dont know if the ones on the stove top are original since we just moved in. The replacement knobs have a solid plate on the bottom and they have a great solid feel to them. Since they came in a set I will just replace all of them so they look consistent.. very happy so far.

I received these in the packaging shown however they were not in the cardboard slots as shown. Not sure if this resulted in 4 out of 5 being delivered with scuff marks. Three on the right hand side in the attached pic have visible marks. This makes me wonder whether the finish will hold up daily use! They do however seem well made compared to the plastic OEM versions. I am awaiting a replacement shipment and we shall see if that batch has the same issue or not. If this issue is due to inadequate packaging, I suggest they should add a foam holder at the bottom.[Update on replacement order]Replacement package did arrive and in this case also knobs were out of the cardboard slots, however this batch had only 2 with scuff marks. There is definitely an issue with the coating, however overall knob construction is much sturdier (and heavier) than OEM versions. So I would still recommend the product, but I hope that packaging improves to prevent damage during transit.
