Are these gu10 or mr16 ? mr16 is a 12v pin base and gu10 is 120v .. they cant be both but your description mentions both please pick one

GU10 denotes the base and pins. MR16 denotes the shape and size of the bulb (MR16 = miniature reflector, 16 eighths (2") diameter. So the answer is yes, they are both. The other common MR16 base with smaller pins, usually 12V, is GU5.3.
