Lovely, but OOOOh the yardage.
This pattern would make a great maleficent costume in any of its views. But be advised it take a huge amount of yardage. The coat in view B (the larger picture) takes 3 and 5/8 yd. of 60 in. fabric and the cape that is attached takes another 6 & 3/4 of 60".There is another McCalls pattern that is similar but takes less yardage (there is no cape though). That would be McCalls costume pattern #M6819

Paper is hard to work with
Great looking pattern but pattern paper is very hard to deal with.

perfect for hocus pocus costume
I needed a pattern to make a Winifred Sanderson costume for a friend and this worked perfectly with a few minor adjustments. Instructions were overall easy to use. The sizing was a little confusing when deciding which size to cut. Didn't seem to match actual body measurements.
