Arctic King Chest Freezer, Black (5 cu ft, Black)

The deep freezer came at the time was expected, but what I wasn't expecting was a damaged one a huge dent is in it .i tried to contact the seller on several occasions they never responded to my messages.I do not recommend this seller to anyone they are not professional at all....now I'm stuck with a deep freezer that's damaged !!!!

Got our freezer a week before due date. Great! Does not work at all. Total bummer. Let's hear what the seller has to say. Stay tuned.UPDATE 9/2/2020Well our freezer arrived by FEDEX because it weighs over 70lbs and is over sized for USPS. So to return it, I was sent a USPS return label. Well guess what? USPS won't accept it. I have requested that UPS or FEDEX pick up the defective item and guess what? Still waiting for a response. I quess they feel I should pay the return on their defective product. Buyer beware!Stay tuned.9/14 No answer on a refund or call tag for UPS or FedEx. No word from Amazon. I guess they are going to wait 30days to reply so I get nothing.

We have a large family of 8 and needed a chest freezer. Everywhere local is sold out indefinitely so after days of research and price checking, this freezer seemed decent. It came this morning in perfect condition, in a well padded box. It is a nice size inside, while being compact enough in my small kitchen. There is no noise so far, and it is running fine. The seller was Phoenix Marketplace and they kept in touch with a tracking number as soon as one was available.

On time. Light weight. Just as advertised.Note: if it breaks sown... you pay shipping, both ways.Happy with purchase

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FREEZER! Twice we have had it just shut off for no reason and by the time we noticed our freezer was completely thawed and warm and we lost hundreds of dollars in food.After reading reviews I see that we are not the only ones to experience this issue.Amazon told me they couldn’t help me with my issue of this freezer not working properly. They sent me a link to contact the company directly. And no matter what I do, my messages won’t send to them. I get “errors” and the phone number doesn’t work!Save yourself the money and go elsewhere: when we purchased this in July it was over $300. I see now the price has dropped and that’s probably because of the poor quality!

I bought this for my brother.Size is pretty big and deep.And working good.

I LOVE the space in this freezer. There are so many ways to arrange the foodstuffs I placed into it when it arrived. It’s SO easy to open the top, and I don’t worry about it sealing when it shuts!
