I guess it's my own fault...
This is one of those purchases that you get what you pay for. I'm sure the mixer works just fine but the stand and the bowl, not so much! If the bowl does not attach to the bottom of the stand, that makes it unsafe.

Good product
i bake a lot so i wanted to find a stand mixer that didn’t cost $300 and this one is great for beginners!! it works fine and is easy to clean but my only problem with it is that the mixer itself does not turn and spin around the bowl, you have to it yourself or it will only mix one section of the ingredients. this is totally fine with me just cause i was so tired of holding the hand mixer and keeping my hand up, so this definitely helps make it a bit easier.

Doesn't turn on & when u turn try to remove it from it's stand some big yellow pieces fall of it.
