How well would this repair a silicone watch band?

This is for minor skin cuts to protect the skin while healing. I have no idea how it would work on the watch band, but I don't think it would very well. The glue tends to peel off with repeated exposure to moisture

Could i use this to fix a crack in my clear retainer?

No! This is made out of toxic chemicals... it is not "food-safe" and should not be used on anything that will be used in the mouth.
