A great diet jumpstart that tastes so good.
These are so handy to bring on the go in case you get a random hunger and would normally cave into a snack. It tastes very good. Sometimes I add just a teeny bit of the powder or a dash of salt, but these really are great. An easy way to jumpstart a diet.

Great Stuff
I have been using all the flavors for about 3 months and I lose about 1lbs a week. Started at 176lbs trying to get to 150lbs. I drink one or have a 200 calorie snack every two hours, 4 times a day then eat whatever i WANT for dinner. I exercise moderately about 30 min a day. Tastes GREAT compared to the competitor.

They work for what they are
Flavor is honestly a little chalky, but if you remember to shake them before drinking, after chilling them, their alright. Definitely better cold, then room temperature. Their not too bad on price, giving their a meal replacement and they work for what they are. They do help regulate your sugars if trying to get you A1C/counts down, and the chocolate flavor is nice.

Great taste
I have this product at least 5 times a week, for breakfast. It is easy to use. I do not like the taste of the advanced slimfast, so I am glad I can get original flavor, from Amazon. Beings I can get it the next day, I only order 1 month at a time, so I don't have so much to store.

The price was really great so I ordered 2 of them. The chocolate flavor tasted to me like chocolate milk. Id definitely recommend anyone that's wanting to weight manage to give them a try. I'd buy again. It did like it said, it held me over for 4 hours and helped me to make it to dinner

These keep you full and curb sugar cravings
I have been on so many protein shakes and a few were actually good, yet I can never go wrong with Slim-Fast as it has truly curbs my hunger and cravings for sugar. One shake has 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 770 mg of potassium and 8-points on WW. I will keep these around as they,re quick and easy.
