I absolutely love this Fat Daddio’s 8-inch Deep Cake Pan! The extra depth is exactly what I was looking for when making taller cakes. I couldn't be happier with these Fat Daddio's cake pans! I tackled my first-ever 3-layer chocolate cake for a birthday celebration, and these pans made the process so easy. Bake Quality: The layers baked beautifully and evenly with perfect straight sides. Release & Clean Up: Nothing stuck, and washing them up afterward took almost no effort at all. Great for Japanese cheesecake
I used this pan to make a Japanese cheesecake. I used strips of parchment paper to take my cake out. It was sturdy and easy to clean!

Love Fat Daddio pans
I love Fat Daddio cake pans. They cook a cake beautifully and the cake releases from the pan so well.

Leaner than expected, but bakes stuff just fine
Put a caliper on it and it wasn't quite the 16Ga advertised. However, it was still plenty thick to keep from denting as so many cheaper pans do. Baked several japanese style cakes in it as well and it works like a charm.

Nice gift
I bought these for my daughter-in-law. She makes some lovely cakes and these work well for her. She's very pleased with the shape and size and that there were no issues of breaking or leaking.

Su calidad me ha ha sorprendido gratamente. Coge muy bien el calor y lo reparte de manera muy uniforme. El único pero que le pongo es que el adhesivo que incorpora es muy fuerte y no sale de manera fácil. Pero por lo demás es fantástico.
