Best flour I have ever used.
Caputo brand is the best flour I have ever used. It mixes like nothing else; smooth & silky. So easy to shape dough for pizza. The taste & texture is fantastic. I bake my pizza on a pizza stone @450-500 degrees. I always put my dough on parchment paper first & it turns out wonderful doing this with no mess.I have had stomach issues my whole life & this flour gives me no distress. Easily digestable.

Great flour for a great Pizza.
The dough rises up perfectly great for a pizza light and fluffy with a thick crust but soft on the inside crispy on the outside. Best flour I've used yet.

Authentic Italian style pizza crust
This is the real deal if you want to make authentic Italian style pizza dough. Much more elastic than all purpose flour, and if you have a way to bake between 700 to 900 degrees F you'll have crust that's perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Otherwise a conventional oven at 550 works ok, especially if you use a stone and pre bake the crust a little before adding the toppings. This is the flour to use though. Thumbs up! I'll be reordering.

Second purchase.
Learn from my misfortune. I purchased the larger quantity that was repackaged the first time. Was infested with flour mites. This is in original bags so hopefully it is bug free. To play it safe I put it in my freezer for a week to kill any eggs and live mites if they were present. I have been baking since the 1970’s and this was my first encounter with flour mites, too bad for me. Very good flour though.

Quality!
I was unable to use the product because the box was not sealed and it had little bugs on outside of packs of flour. It was not delivered to correct location but left in the sun. I found and commented same day. This is not eligible for refund please replace this order. It was not cheap.

Great value in bulk
I tend to always receive a bag that is leaking dough but it's hard to package so I won't ding it on that. Incredible dough for making Neapolitan pizzas

Best pizza flour available
I will never be using a different brand to make pizzas. It produces the most amazing crust you could ever imagine.

Great 00 flour it is a bit pricy though worth it. Great for pizza and breads
