PentelSuper High-Polymer 0.5mm Lead Size, 12 Pack (C505BPHB-K6)

This is my go-to pencil lead and being able to buy it in quantity is convenient.

Comes in a cute little box. You get a ton of lead. Will probably last me years and years.

Comes packed 12 per tube, convenient. 2B hardness is perfect for .5 mm pencil, dark yet break resistant

Keeping these leads on-hand is the greatest since I do most of my writing with pencil. :o)

i read all the review and concur with all the positive ones. This 2B is definitely darker and easier to write with than HB. I wish I had known about it sooner!

I have used this brand of lead for about 20 years for mechanical pencils that I use for taking notes. Up until now, I bought the Pentel leads in 12 tubes of 12 leads per package at the local office supply stores, but lately they seem to have only one or two tubes of leads per blister pack, at a higher price per tube. I like the larger packs of 12 tubes from Amazon, at a favorable price..

It doesn't break very easily, and suits my purposes perfectly. If you mash down hard when you write, try the .07 lead. Mechanical pencils are so much better than the wood pencils where the led dulls quickly.

Pencil lead isn't a subject to get excited about, but I teach math for a living, and hate to buy dinky little individual packages that cost more to package than to produce. Bundled up with the pencils the shipping was free...what's not to like!

Excelentes puntillas, se nota la calidad superior, 12 tubos, con 12 puntillas cada tubo. Tengo puntillas de aquí a un año mínimo es una buena inversión.
