Pros - First of all I’ll start by saying these have made a big difference to my hair and skin. I’ve been taking for over a month and feel my skin looks clearer and more radiant and my hair is thicker. - I’ve also noticed my joints feel less stiff which was unexpected and my nails are stronger - One bottle = 60 servings. A few other brands offer more tablets for this price, but you have to take 2 or 3 a day (not always advertised clearly) to get this dose, so good value in terms of number of servings - Item arrived very quickly, packaging looks good Cons - As some other reviewers mentioned these tablets are larger than average however I prefer this to taking 2 or 3 a day. They are coated so not at all difficult for me to swallow and if they cause you trouble you can just break them in half Will definitely be ordering again. Overall great product and I’m very happy with the results

I really like these but I gave 4 stars as the smell is very strong. However if you're unbothered by the smell/taste they are such a great buy and very cost efficient compared to other shops! I haven't purchased another pack as unfortunately the smell was a bit much for me however if I could get past it I would order more and I would still recommend these to others! Very quick postage and great seller!

I have bought these for the last two years so I want to tell you about my miracle find. 6 months into these my daughter started saying my hair looked nice, had I had it done. I could tell my hair was improving. Going through the menopause had savaged my hair. It was thinning at an alarming rate and thought gosh I’ll be bald by time I’m a pensioner. Today two years later my hair is thicker stronger and to be honest it’s the best it’s ever been in my lifetime. I wish I had known about these in my 20’s. Stopped taking as made me constipated

I have been wanting to take a collagen supplement for a while but didn’t want it in powder form so I opted for these capsules as they’re quick and easy to swallow without much of an after taste. I will order them again when they’re finished.

Brought with biotin peptides. Hair was as dry as straw. Skin was dry very extremely dry. Been using 8 days and all Ready skin and hairs a lot softer. I'm going through menopause age 53 and recently diagnosed with psoriasis . Does not help psoriasis but as I say skin is holding moisture now so is my hair. Wish I'd started years ago. Definately will buy again and again. Just keep the price down please.
