Excellent. Very durable and I would say relatively accurate. I’ve never had overcooked or undercooked food since I’ve been using this, but I do allow 5° difference just to be on the safe side. Baked chicken in the oven, grilling chicken, checking the temperature of cooking oil, fried chicken, grilled fish, etc. I wish I would’ve bought one of these years ago.

I’ve been using this electric meat thermometer for a little while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use, gives a quick temperature reading, and has made cooking meat a lot less stressful. I especially like being able to check the temperature without having to guess whether something is actually done. The display is easy to read, and the probe is simple to use. I’ve used it for chicken, steaks, and other meats, and the readings seem to be accurate and consistent. It’s also nice for grilling because I can quickly check the temperature without cutting into the meat and letting all the juices out. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there are a couple of little things that could be improved. The thermometer can take a little longer to get a reading than I expected sometimes, and I wish the overall construction felt just a little more durable. Neither issue is a dealbreaker, but they keep it from feeling perfect. For the price, though, I think it’s a good kitchen tool and definitely worth having if you cook meat regularly. It’s much easier than trying to judge doneness by appearance, and I’ll continue using it.

Love this digital thermometer. I’ve had one for a long time and it just gave out. What I like about this one is that it’s big, easy to read, and goes on as soon as you open the sensor. I also like that it takes regular batteries as opposed to the coin shaped ones. You can change Fahrenheit to Celsius too. The magnet is fine to hold it on to the frig… I’ve noticed some places on the frig have more metal and hold magnets better. I use it for tempering chocolate, checking temp on meat and many other uses.. great price too. A keeper!

Nice meat thermometer. large display, quick read and is water proof. Oh forgot to mention, it's magnetic so you can just stick it to the grill and not lose it.
