Worked just fine
These are exactly the right snap ring to hold on the idler wheels in a Whirlpool-made clothes dryer. They're pricey, but there's no messing around trying to find the right fit.

Not a satisfactory replacement for the original.
I would have to have assumed this was a cheap knockoff part, and not from the original manufacturer. This part was substantially different in at least 2 important ways from the part that came with my original appliance.The holes in the ring were the wrong size. Plier tips I've used on the original parts wouldn't fit inside these holes, so I had to jury-rig a solution.Then, when I placed the part over a shaft into its appropriate place, it didn't snap back into shape! It remained as wide as the shaft itself. So I tried to squeeze it back into shape to fit its desired spot in the motor, but I know this will be a temporary solution, as this part is now sure to fail soon.I can't believe the manufacturer has parts of this low quality.
