Adheres well to hold pouch and barrier.
Changing ileostomy pouches. Adheres well when spray aroun stoma, spray lightly on back of ostomy bag and then place bag around, stoma with slight hand presume. After adhered well, apply 2-3 strips of Hypafix for extra support. Adhesive spray, brava paste and Hypafix have been a big help to me!

Excellent Adhesive... LIFESAVER FOR ME
This adhesive helped to securely adhere an ostomy wafer to the ostomy patient I was helping. Follow the directions and it works magic. BUY THE ADHEISIVE REMOVER TOO... YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW IT SEEMINGLY DISOLVES THE ADHESIVE SO THE PATIENT IS NOT INJURED... I never had to do this... and found the product to be a lifesaver...

Make sure you glue both surfaces, and wait about 30 seconds before you put the two surfaces together, and you will have excellent adhesive results.

maybe the formula changed along with the label?
i have the 3.2 ounce spray of this same product and it works just fine and gives an incredibly strong hold. strong enough to hold up breast forms that are DD and E cups without a bra, but something about this 3.8 ounce spray version just... isn't as good?i had an event this weekend that i needed to be in drag for, and it took forever for this stuff to finally stick one of the forms on. even then i was worried one of them was going to fall off halfway through the night.i wouldn't buy this again. i'll be sticking to the previous packaging design and the smaller ounce bottle for the future.
