Wrong description and defective
The entire item body is made of cheap plastic, so the description “die-cast with some plastic” is misleading. Also the dimension is quite different than mentioned here, about 3 inches longer. Then the manufacturing defect as the nose top and bottom don’t match leaving about a 0.5cm gaping hole.Mine also had damages on one side with little bit of wing plastic broken off where it joins the body.The only positive was Amazon’s fast delivery. But still overall 1 star. Returned it.

Hey, for the price, it is pretty cool. I actually used it as a much appreciated gift. It's not museum quality, but it looks great. I am going to pick another one up for myself. :)

FYI it is not a F 35c, it is a F 35, but not a C.
Have not purchased one, so I’m not sure on the quality of the the model, however just want to inform you that, it is not a F35c. It is a f35. Easy way to tell is the nose gear has 2 wheels, and a tail hook.
