Pleased! Works much better than wooden peel when trying to place and remove a pizza onto/off a pizza stone on a grill for cooking. It is thinner than a typical wooden peel. I have had to use cornmeal on the peel to help get the pizza off the peel but I like the texture this adds.

missing a part
The peel was delivered with all the parts except the screw that attaches the handle to the metal peel. That was a solid hour of digging through the box of spare bolts in the garage to find one that fit and wasn’t a food hazard. So it was annoying. I hope it stays together and emits no noxious fumes from the makeshift bolt I had to use.
