good fan
This is a good fan. We have two. One on our deck and one in our family room. If you're area is big enough, opt for the 83" version. We should have done that on our deck. The remotes need to be linked to each fan or else one remote will control both fans. We had our handyman install as I'm not much for that. Took him about an hour or so. The LED light gives off excellent light. It's dimmable. The fan has 6 speeds, I think. It's way better than anything you'll get from the big box home improvement store. I know. We have several from those stores. It's more money but it's a better selection to get this fan and others like it.

Worth the investment!
Absolutely gorgeous fan! It is expensive, but totally worth the investment. We have had no issues with the light dimming feature, reverse fan feature, or speed control. We had a professional install it to ensure proper functionality.

This seller stinks
The fan did not work out of the box. I called Amazon who were great and put me in contact with the seller. Their tech services person returned my call promptly and agreed with my assessment that the receiver was not working and put one in the mail for me. Meanwhile I learned that I paid about one-third more from this seller than another seller on Amazon was now charging. (Update: the prices seem to have aligned and so cannot find this low price again.). Not pleased with this, of course. The part arrives and it is a dirty used part salvaged from another fan. Will be returning entire fan and the used part. (Update: I installed the dirty used part after cleaning it and re-stripping the wires. It works fine.). Still waiting for returned second call from the seller.

A conversation piece!
Estos abanicos son una belleza!!! Las líneas, el diseño, color y tamaño los hacen una pieza de conversación. El primero lo compré en una tienda local, los otros 4 los adquirí en Amazon y no me canso de echarles piropos porque son bellos!!! Miro el techo de mi sala y es como observar una escultura. Mis preferidos son los que no tienen la luz, pero este de luz lo compre para un cuarto y la iluminación es excelente. Para mi, son una pieza de arte más en mi hogar!
