Very pleased with the fryer Easy to install easy to cleani bought this item for my restaurant i bit reluctant at first but happy with the performance the only thing i needed to adjust from my previous one was the heating time take about 50 minute to 1 hour but once hot food cooks in not time ( one portion portion of chunky chips tskes 3 minute) the basket could bit a tiny bit big the think that am not so happy is the finish is not very smooth so when washing need to very careful to otherwise to end up cutting your fingers like i did but againg i learned but very easy indeed to clean i raccomend it 😀

This is my 2nd one both have bn sent back as they stop workin after 2 months

Says it is a 10 litre deep pan fryer, it isn't. It's a 3 litre deep pan fryer. If that! Check out the photographs. Each photograph has a picture of one or two "5" litre oil bottles with the fryer. The fryer would be hard pressed to take one bottle of oil but if you did but the whole 5 litres in it, it would be super dangerous. As soon as you lowered your chips, or whatever, into the oil it would spill over the sides and scald anybody nearby. Or worse, start a fire or something. Look at the photographs, you are only supposed to fill the container half full. That makes it a 2.5L/3L deep pan fryer in my opinion. This fryer is a con. A big con. And now I see they've price 60% Ever been had? Try this.
