I love it. I get amazing sleep. I do not feel addicted to it, but also don't take it every night. I don't want to build a tolerance to it. I do not have any grogginess when I awake or have strange lucid dreams. All in all I would purchase again as well as recommend.

Works way better than the ones at Walmart!! Dr recommend we use it for our oldest son it works wonders! I even use it as well as my husband if we have trouble sleeping.
