Smells a little bit nasty

Can tell the difference - when you take a B Complex supplement and your nails get weak and ridges show up, you know it's not a great product.This is a great product. Will keep buying.

I was struggling with fatigue, lack of interest and motivation in anything, and had low fitness endurance. I had been on antidepressants (Wellbutrin) for over a year, and that should have given me some energy but didn't. I decided to try some supplementation as I might be low on some things. I remembered I took B12 a long time ago and it seemed to help with my concentration so it was my first supplement to try. Reddit recommended Country Life and it did not disappoint. This B-Complex DOES NOT give you acne, make your tummy ache, make you nauseated, or any of the other nasty things B-Complex supplements are known for and that I have experienced in the past. It's amazing and I would recommend it to anyone struggling with lack of energy and fatigue, as B12 deficiency is very very common. One thing B-Complex supplements do is make your pee neon yellow. Do not be alarmed, as it's nothing to worry about. Overall, amazing supplement, will re-order soon!
