It really helped me for breathing. It helps to expand the air passage in the nostrils. I had a problem of narrow in my right nostril . Few years back I undergone through nose surgery but couldn’t solve the problem completely. I was little reluctant to use this device but just thought of giving a try. And was pleasantly surprised that it works well without hurting the nose. Soft material Comfortable for wearing. 👍Revised after few days use: the bridge between two nostrils is very weak. It breaks after few days.
