I weigh about 155--160 and I got the extra large because I heard they ran small some said huge.. Not true. I have bought a pair of large from Blair and they're much looser than the extra large in these from Amazon. I'm not complaining they're not too small but just about the size I like. I have to wash them before I wear them because there's always some kind of strange chemicals and all these things causes me to itch. Nothing to do with this particular pajamas at all. I like that they're a little bit thicker just slightly thicker than my other cotton pajamas. These are 95% cotton and 5% spandex which is a higher level of cotton and I like they're a little bit thicker than my Blair ones. You definitely need to size up. But I love the pajamas I've got the one in Gray Michelle usually don't like but they have the eyes and the lipstick kiss and then let's see kisses all over the bottoms. I feel they're very feminine. Who doesn't love the lipstick kisses? I recommend them highly and they're mostly cotton for the price I got! Wow cotton is almost impossible to find this is a lot of cotton and the prices wow was just great. Cotton is hard to find and very expensive. I'm going to enjoy these for years I can tell. They seem to be very well made and as I said thicker than most cotton blend pajamas. You can return them if you don't like them.

I like these soft, cotton pajamas. The pants have pockets! They are not too thick or thin. I unfortunately had to return them because the small is too small. The pants fit tightly around the waist. I ordered a medium, and I think they will work well for me.

Bought the navy and white polk-a-dot pants with the cat face top. SO cute! Also really comfy, and, they have pockets! Will be perfect for warm summer nights.

The material is comfortable enough to sleep in but with enough coverage to wear all day even if you need to step outside with the dog

Love this pyjama set as it just fits so well. I vary between small and medium so ordered this one in the medium, glad I did as the small would have been a little too tight. The quality is excellent, washed it and it kept its shape. Very comfy and stylish. I may order another colour I like it so much. Highly recommend.

Fit great! True to size. I love the design. The only thing is the material is a bit stiff; hoping the will soften up a bit with every wash.
