Buy it, trust me dont wait
Works really well. Sci fi level status. I love it! It does take some getting use to and is not as easier as the old school ones but just has so many more capailities and is very good for the entry level hams. Plus its not as nearly expensive as the other two big names. Yes... i do have others. This one is compact and portable with spot on accuracy. Only downside is the open, short, and closed calibration situation..but just make sure to save that parameter profile for the band you will be measuring and you wont need to do it again. Thank you so much i will definitely buy another one.

Great instrument to fine tune self made antennas and coils.
Amazing too for an amazing price. I finally can check the swr of my antenna and optimize it. Perfect too for ham radio enthusiasts that like to thinker arround.

This is really a neat device
Dang it is small for old eyes. I have only used it in my 'shack' so cannot comment about outside visibility. I have a Diamond 5 band trap antenna and wanted to tweak the radials a tad. There is a menu print out in the box but nothing else. I had already downloaded a couple of how to documents. Both documents commented that there are several versions of the Nano so your screen may look slightly different, I played with it a couple of hours before connecting my antenna (remember to get the adapters if using the vhf 259 type connectors). It was intimidating at first but after running through a SWR set up a couple of times, it started to make sense. I had three bands to set up so used the same trace and changed the frequency range. You have to recalibrate when changing frequency so really not a big deal. You can save four traces. The recalibration is simple. Takes maybe two minutes but if you don't do it, a doubt your readings will be accurate. To me, it is well worth the cost.

Great test equipment for low cost
I'm very happy with mine. I used it to analyze ham radio antennas but looking forward to using it for tuning filters and other uses. It's also a good RF generator, if you set it to zero span. If you set it a very small span, you would get FM modulation on the RF. By proper manipulation of the menus, you can view reflection coefficient, Smith chart S11 and SWR at the same time - very handy for adjusting antennas or antenna tuners. If it had a manual or a link to an online manual, I would have given it 5 stars. The menu system is clear enough that I was able to stumble through without a manual; there are good tutorials on U-tube. Other reviewers claimed problems with the battery life; so far mine is performing well. The screen is small but that's in the description. I use mine with reading glasses so I read the screen. They include a stylus (and a guitar pick) to use the touchscreen menus - it's not hard using the stylus. The include lots of RF goodies with it, as advertised, SMA jumper leads, adapters, calibration set (very important). I also bought a few more adapters on Amazon so I can hook up to more antennas. Back in the day, a VNA cost about $15 000 so the price is a true bargain

very small
This is a cool little, very little, product but I unfortunately don't think it's for me. I'm having trouble find the information for what I want to test and the size and complexity of will make it hard to operate especially while trying to balance the 5 pound overhead "tray" Peterbilt gives you mount the radio on.

Very useful tool. Get oneโ๏ธ
Great tool for tuning and so much more. There's a learning curve but don't be intimidated. Once you figure it out, it delivers as much and more info than a Rig Experty AA-35 Zoom or an MFJ 259(x). I have them as well but the Namo VNA is just more info. Smith chart is a bonus.

Awesome for building and experimenting amateur radio antennas!
This works extremely well as an antenna analyzer for amateur radio. I was skeptical at first, but considering it costs roughly a tenth of what many dedicated antenna analyzers cost, I figured it was worth trying. Setup and calibration were much easier than I expected. There are plenty of step-by-step videos on YouTube that walk you through the entire process, including how to set the frequency range and take measurements. In my photo, you can see the SWR chart from testing my end-fed half-wave antenna. With the marker at 14.040 MHz, the analyzer is showing an SWR of 1.064. Itโs also very easy to set the bandwidth you want to test, with the start and stop frequencies clearly shown at the bottom of the display. I was genuinely surprised by how well this works. Itโs a great tool for building, tuning, and experimenting with antennas without spending a fortune on a dedicated analyzer.

Best Value in Ham Radio Equipment
Incredible deal. Easy to calibrate and use. Provides a graphical depiction of SWR across an entire band - a must have for all ham radio antenna experimenters. You can now easily know your SWR and Impedance not just a specific frequency but across an band. I use an antenna switch to keep it connected simplifying the tuning of my SWR when switching bands before transmitting. Numerous you tube videos showing how to use it properly. High quality build and components. Love it!

A fabulous, if complex device.
This little machine is fantastic. It does a heck of a LOT of measurements, although typically most purchasers will in all probability only use the SWR function. Pros, This doodabber does a heck of a lot. It is very comprehensive for such a dinky little package. As stated, most will be using the SWR meter function. Which it does admirably. But it also shows Smith charts, and shows a lot more that I don't yet understand fully and yet more I don't understand at all. I'm sure in time all will become clear as mud... So the colloquialism goes. Cons... Do NOT expect a manual! It comes with a list of menu functions. And if your an amateur Amateur radio enthusiast, you will likely NOT understand a single dang thing. I most certainly did not. It has a qr code to a extensive online manual which for the vast majority of the time, is well translated, but can be a little hard to follow (especially for the beginner, YouTube WILL be your friend in this). It NEEDS to be calibrated for every use. Which is a little time consuming. But worthwhile for it's utility. and you absolutely WILL NEED adapters for ANY kind of antenna plug (PL259, N type, BNC, and any other.) It is set up for SMA Type plugs. it comes with what you see which is two extensions cables, both are female to female SMA, A male/male connector and three calibration caps (OPEN, SHORT and LOAD, DO NOT LOSE THESE! they are required for calibration!) A few usb cables (C type for charging and a C to C cable). And finally a wee lil stylus and a 'guitar pick' style doodabber. These are obviously for screen interaction. Build quality: it's a sensitive lil gadget. lightweight, and a little 'plasticky'. But it's well enough made to do what it's intended to do and be robust enough. Although a degree of care should be taken when transporting it. I keep mine in it's box which has sufficed adequately thus far until I get a better option, perhaps a small pelican case. Overall: This gadget does what you will need it to do (meshtastic users, I'm looking at you!) And significantly more besides. I can certainly promise at least 75% of end user's will not utlilise its entire arsenal of tricks. It's compact and very portable. And frankly I'm a little smitten with it. One cannot help but adore a well created and executed piece of kit. especially one as delightfully complicated as this one. 10/10 will measure SWR again.

Solid tool for RF hobbyists and engineering students
Pros: - Very accurate and repeatable after calibration - Calibration holds for days or even weeks - SD card improves calibration accuracy - SD card saves calibration and screenshots reliably - TIFF format works well is compact and efficient for storage - Works well with NanoVNA Saver App on Windows 11 via USB-C - Decent calibration kit and cable included - Excellent value - Covers wide frequency range from 10kHz to 1.5GHz - Supports S-parameters, VSWR, phase, delay, and Smith chart - Plenty of YouTube tutorials available Cons: - Only 101 sweep points; H4 version offers 401 - No direct SD card download to PC; must remove card - Touchscreen is slightly unreliable and insensitive - No constant VSWR concentric circles plot - No user manual included - Menu system for trace and format setup is confusing for beginners The SeeSii upgraded 10kHz-1.5GHz vector network analyzer has decent quality. I tested the unit at 144MHz and 440MHz and found it very accurate and repeatable after calibration. The calibration held for several days without needing adjustment. Using an SD card improved calibration accuracy further. The included calibration kit and cable are decent and provide everything needed to get started. The SD card works well for saving calibration data and screenshots. TIFF files are about one-tenth the size of bitmap files, which makes storage and download easier. However, you cannot download files directly from the SD card to a PC using the NanoVNA. You need to remove the card and read it separately. The touchscreen is slightly insensitive and sometimes requires repeated touches, but it is still usable. The NanoVNA Saver app on Windows 11 worked well with the device through the USB-C port. The menu system is not beginner-friendly. Selecting a trace, backing out, choosing S11 or S21, and then setting the display format can be confusing. A more intuitive interface would help. Also, there is no constant VSWR concentric circles plot, only the reflection coefficient plot. Despite these minor shortcomings, the device offers excellent value for around $80. It supports a wide range of measurements plotted on a Smith chart, including VSWR, complex impedance, filters, transmission lines, stubs, capacitors and inductors. While there is no user manual, many helpful tutorials are available on YouTube. Overall, this is a solid tool for RF hobbyists and engineering students and offers great performance for the price.

Works exactly as advertised, a greate starter kit
While this might not take the place of a RigExpert, I think this is well worth the price especially if you haven't messed around with a VNA before and just want to get your feet wet. At the very least it's very handy for tuning antennas, for instance trimming a dipole down, and I had no difficulty connecting to it with nanoVNAsaver to use on a windows PC. I am thoroughly satisfied with the device. Note I use the test set almost exclusively while connected to a PC so I can not comment on the charge life of the built in battery. Pro: -price, for me and what I use it for it's more than worth what I paid. I'm just a hobbyist, I can't justify buying a bigger brand device but I'd happily pay double what I did for this -comes with a set of calibration standards, I can't vouch to their precision but it's a great starting point and if you don't have anything already it fills the need -painless connection to windows 10 PC, I run this with nanoVNAsaver software and aside from picking the right COM port there's no messing around, it just works as soon as you plugged it in -has a toggle switch so if you are trying to use it standalone you can work the basic functions without having to use the touch interface -quick startup, it takes literally seconds to boot up, maybe 3 seconds at most -it's tiny, if you don't consider the connectors it's the same width and height as a credit card, though much much thicker. Cons: -very small screen, can make it hard to read and also makes it difficult using the touch interface precisely. For instance it takes some practice learning where to press for each menu button -I have read and heard the calibration standards might be a bit off target. I have had no reason to complain, they satisfy the most basic needs but they might not be up to the same standards as ones you might buy separately. -Currently the software supports only 101 discrete sampling points per sweep, so if you are sweeping a large frequency range your results will be fairly coarse -very little documentation comes in the box, just a cheat sheet for the on-screen menu hierarchy, but there's plenty of turotial videos on youtube you can refer to to get started. -the tiny size and weight can make working with heavier devices under test tricky, for instance if you hook up to a big heavy HF transmission line when the stiffness of the coax can make it hard to secure the VNA from sliding off your work desk. I have been told there's a larger version, if you are expecting to use the touch interface and have bigger hands you might want to investigate such alternatives

Much cheaper than a traditional analyser
An absolute must have for amateur radio enthusiasts. So much cheaper than the larger analysers on sale. Slightly more fiddly to use but you soon get the hang of it
