Perfectly complements the Grohe Ladylux faucet, beauty is in the details!!
I’ve purchased much less expensive built in soap dispensers in the past. The difference in feel is evident. This dispenser just feels heavier and more solid. I don’t know if the design and manufacturing actually cost as much as the price differential, but I’m sure it cost more than the cheaper offerings out there.My primary reason for purchasing this soap dispenser is that I have the Ladylux faucet. This dispenser perfectly complements the faucet. We put in new Sparkle white, quartz counter tops, and the brushed stainless Grohe Ladylux line perfectly complements our kitchen update. Matching appointments give the kitchen a much more upscale finish. Mission accomplished!!

What an improvement
This soap dispenser was a definite upgrade. Wouldn't have thought it would make that much difference but the quality was noticeable right away. Worth doing it right the first time!

That's what you'll get with this guy! Soap squirting far distances... NOT in your sink. And inordinate amounts of soap.It's August 23rd and ordered on July 6th yet Grohe via Amazon will not let me return the item while it's clearly malfunctioning.Just this morning the soap dispenser required my changing work shirt due to the unsightly soap spuge across the chest of my pressed collared shirt. Admittedly a first world issue yet a Grohe product I expected just the basic 'squirt soap into sponge' basic necessity. Also admittedly I chose the item due to it's 'not so PG rated' aesthetic design... yet to function in a similar manner is far too indecent for a 'clean' place in the home.As amusing it was to write this review, being left holding the $59 bag doesn't taste right. Grohe clean up your act!!

Dispenser has issues but customer service is amazing
We bought two of these and they both stopped working after about a year. However the customer service from Grohe (at least in Canada) is outstanding. I emailed them and they immediately shipped us new dispensers. You can't beat service like that these days.

Dentro de lo que espearaba, funcional y decorativo. No se necesita pagar mas para tener un producto de esta categoría, al fin y al cabo es un dispensador de detergente, ¿para qué pagar más?. El envío asombrosamente rápido y eso que vivo en Melilla. Lo pedí un jueves y me llegó el lunes. En mi ciudad todas las tiendas te dan un mes de plazo.
