Can these fit to Dr Brown bottles?

These are for wide mouth bottles like avent or spectra.

Does anyone use these with 18mm lacteck baby motion flanges? I want to make sure they'll fit the smaller sizes!

Yes they work! I also slip my lackteck flanges right into a 28 mm maymom flange and they work that way also! I actually hack all my pumps w the lackteck flanges… even my wearable cups (youha, legendairy milk, and Imani 2 cups) I cut them and modified a few sets to fit my cups like inserts! The lackteck flanges are a game changer !!!
