Reese'sMilk Chocolate Chopped Peanut Butter Cups, 5 Pound Bags

This was one solid block not chopped up pieces. It’s like it had melted or something and when I break it up, it looks like it’s all just chocolate no peanut butter. It says that it is not returnable and I am not happy. All I wanted was some chopped up Reese’s peanut butter cups 😭😭😭.

This produced arrived in on solid chuck and not crumbles. It appears to have obviously been melted and reharded into one large chunk. I received the product 24 hours after ordering so it’s not like it had a long delivery.

It is a very nice large bag however, it is not packed with a cooler pack. Upon arrival my bag arrived as one big melted blob. I did get a refund. Amazon was awesome about that. However, I would still like to order the product in the future as I do a lot of baking, and this makes the process a lot easier however, I hope they see this review and consider sending the item out with cooling packs.

I ordered for a dessert bar for my daughters wedding. It arrived as a brick, I opened to see it the chopped chunks were vacuum packed and saw it was melted. I would not take the chance serving to my guests. I should be able to get a refund for the product arriving damaged like this! What a waste of $65!!!!

Good news... It's real reese's. Bad news.... It looks like fertilizer. Not sure what happens in the shipping process but all of the pieces are melted together in huge chunks.I have found a cool trick to get them back into separate pieces. Refrigerate for a couple hours then throw it in a blender for a couple seconds to break it all up again. Worked like a charm

I should have listened to the other reviews that said this came in one big clump, but I didn't. Ordered this in the winter thinking that it wouldn't come melted into a clump, but it did! And you can not return it!!
