So good on salmon fillets. We cook on our pellet smoker and I also use cedar planks to bring out more flavor in the fish.It says you can use the boards a couple times. I will try to use mine five or six times at least.Follow the instructions on the label and you’ll be good to go.Nice Cedar taste

The seasoning provides some smoky, cedar plant flavor, even if you do not cook it outdoors, but smoking salmon on a wood pellet grill makes it even better.
