Please help me!! I have replacement blades, but not directions. No one in our household can figure out how to insert new blade.Can you help me?

At the front of the Slice, at the blade end, push on the tab on the left side of the cartridge. Slide the cartridge forward, the blade is exposed, remove, replace.

What are the differences between a pointed and rounded tip blade, and which would be better for a retail job (cutting tape, boxes, etc)?

The rounded tip is safer and usually sufficient for most peoples needs -- some people prefer the POINTED tip when they need to puncture materials. For example, some customers cut up thick, burlap bags and sacks, and the pointed tip really helps penetrate the material first prior to the actual cutting on the sharp edge of the blade. Other customers remove a lot of pallet banding (strapping) and the pointed tip is better for cutting pallet banding vs. the rounded tip which tends to "skip" over the pallet banding. When cutting pallet banding it's important to cut at a 45 degree angle per the instructions at this video:https://youtu.be/YsOBvk1LPM8Hope that helps!

How many blades are in this pack?

The ad is false. We ordered from two different companies and both said they could not provide the blades as advertised. Case of 6 packs, 2 blades per pack for 33.88. There are 2 blades in one pack. I was informed by Amazon that they will no longer carry these blades. My suggestion is to go to a hardware store. You will save yourself from the headache of reaching out to Amazon then the vendor to be reimbursed.

Slice: the picture on the 10408 "pointed tip" clearly shows the 10404 rounded tip. Which would I actually receive? (and please fix pic).
