picture is 28x28 so will it for in the 28x28 box frame or will the picture be cut off

The over all inside dimensions of frame, as delivered to me, are actually approx 27 x 27 cm with a mount size of 18 x 18 cm. So, even leaving out the mount, a 28 x 28 cm picture would probably need to be trimmed in order to fit correctly into the frame. Hope this info helps…
