Love it. Works great.
As someone that needs to take pills twice a day, this is a lifesaver. My pills are a little bit bigger than what fits in other keychains so this is excellent. It holds a lot and has a tight seal. I don’t have to worry about it coming undone or water getting in.

Exactly what I was looking for
I purchased two sets of the small size to store three medications with one to spare. One of my medications is a large capsule so I could only fit one but that's all I need. The bottom of the pill case is flat so I printed small labels to stick on each so I can tell them apart. These containers are well built with a water proof seal where the two parts meet. I recommend getting a quick release link to attach it to your keychain since it's probably not the easiest to open on a bulky key chain. Make sure to view the dimensions before purchasing. Don't ram large medications into these pill cases otherwise it might get stuck in there. To clean I dunked them in rubbing alcohol and let them dry.

This is a nice, simple but nice looking little pill holder. I prefer it in the necklace mode but its small enough to not bother you much on a keychain. Easily fits a few pills if they are small circles but don't try to shove a vitamin pill in it. If you're buying this you know your buying it for more serious meds than vitamins so just keep that in mind. It's got a little silicon ring around the top for a snug closing too that I really appreciate, means I dont need to worry about casual bumps and movement making it slowly unfasten since the silicon ring keeps it nice and snug. Update: I accidentally washed it, all my medicine was FINE. It legitimately survived a run through the washing machine! Solid little pendant, hell yeah!

Won't Fit A Standard 325mg Aspirin
I don't know what all the satisfied customers are using this for, but a 325mg Bayer aspirin won't fit, which renders it useless to me.
