YES - I bought the right item. So glad I did not opt to go with one of the cheaper hand-held steamers. This is awesome - quite versatile. Karcher things of everything - except they did not include any channel or whatever to store the electric cord in . . . German engineering, and German workmanship - Made in Germany and not contracted out to Asia. High quality materials. I have used this to steam clean small items, tile floors and large windows. No issue if it runs out of water - it just stops steaming. No need to shut it off unless you're going to be gone for more than 20 minutes. Refill water without stopping what you are doing - no turning it off, etc. Just pour more water in. I bought a Karcher power sprayer 20 years ago - still going strong. I am sooooo glad I spent the extra money to buy the best steamer on the market. For me, well worth the extra dollars. (A major manufacturer has recalled thousands of those hand-held steamers - but the knock-offs are still out there - beware.) BTW: I bleed red, white and blue - wish there was a US product that could compete with Karcher - but not at this time.

I did a lot of research before buying a steamer and this one kept coming up. I was hesitant because of the price, but after using it I don’t have a single complaint! I have nothing to compare it to, but the whole tank got me through all my baseboards, my kitchen cabinets, my interior doors, and my bathroom grout. About 2 hours of use? I took someone’s suggestion of buying a pack of microfiber clothes to use while steaming & it made the whole process go smoothly. “Steam, wipe, repeat” & no chemicals!!

I had tried many different steam cleaners before this one. But I did not like everything, that the power is not the same, that heats up for a long time, that the water goes very quickly and is enough for 5 minutes. And this steam cleaner has made me very happy. I cleaned all the walls , kitchen , toilet , window frames ,The water lasts a long time.

Great product. This machine changed my life, I used it to clean my stove and it got all of the harsh stains out without the need of chemicals, I had paint stains on my tiles and it got them out in a second too. It saves so much time compared to scrubbing, steam lasts me at least half an hour. It’s worth the money.

I purchased this product in November 2024, and I have been using it every week since then. I bought this because it says that it heats the water in 40 seconds, but it does not. You need to wait 5 minutes to get the steam.A week ago I noticed that after an hour of use it stops heating the water and I can not finish my cleaning. I have to unplug it, wait for half an hour and then continue working.The plastic on the attachments is so cheap that just from normal use I ended up with a broken two-stage steam regulation button.Sometimes the water light will light red, although it has water. Too noise.I have had a much cheaper steamers that worked better than this.

Packaging great. Item does take a bit to learn how to set it so that you can reduce the amount of steam.

Love! I run an in-home daycare plus have four kids of my own. Things get dirty and let’s be honest, with that many kids our home can become a cesspool of illness. This steamer is incredibly easy to use and it really gets the job done. I’ll steam my hardwood floors, tiled floors, my walls, toys etc. cuts down on cleaning chemicals used on items vulnerable littles touch. Another perk, my kids (7, 5 and 3 - not so much the 13 year old 😜) fight over who gets to use it because it’s fun for them.

Doesn't heat as quick as promised and leaks a lot of water. Doesn't work any better than the $50 one I purchased before. Might as well buy a cheap one.
